As the primary contractor for the redevelopment of a 200m2 property into 5 luxury flats in Fitzrovia, we worked in close partnership with Panda Residential. Our mandate was to not only refurbish the existing one and two-bedroom apartments but also to expand the building to include two additional units, maximizing ROI for the client. We meticulously crafted each apartment with a spacious and luxurious feel, complete with multi-functional spaces and cutting-edge technology and appliances, catering to the premium residential market of the area. Our team was hands-on throughout the entire construction and refurbishment process, ensuring adherence to Local Planning Authority specifications and maintaining clear communication between contractors and property managers. We played a crucial role in decision-making processes and faithfully represented the property managers’ interests, guaranteeing the successful delivery of a high quality residential development.
