As the leading contractor on this project, we successfully transformed a former office space into a luxurious residential complex, comprising 36 apartments complete with a concierge service, a private gym, and secure underground parking, all within a site spanning 2162m2. Our collaboration with the client was focused on redeveloping the site to embody a modern architectural vision while also harmonizing with the existing urban landscape.
